Lillith is alone, powerless, and trapped in the human realm. She quickly learns she must reclaim her magic before she can free her husband, Xiere from Hell. Angry and frustrated, she begins her journey from Massachusetts to North Carolina on foot, hoping the trip will unlock her powers. She will stop at nothing to free Xiere from the Angel Lucifer’s grasp.
 
Xiere, chained to a wall and tortured has begun to make his own plans to bring about the destruction of Lucifer. Xiere would soon rule Hell before bringing the war to Shivet to destroy everything he created. All he had to do was wait for Lillith to play her part.
